Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour (60 minutes) of successful payment.
Requests made after 1 hour will not be accepted and no refund will be applicable.
Refund Policy
If cancellation is approved within 1 hour, 30% of the paid amount will be deducted as service and processing charges.
The remaining 70% amount will be refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Important Note
Once work on a service has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
